Return and Refund Policy

Handworthy Pvt. Ltd. offers a return and refund policy.
Returns are accepted within two days of the product’s sale. When there is no replacement
available from the seller, a refund is acceptable.
Free replacement is only allowed when:
Replacement is acceptable if the return is due to Handworthy’s error.
If the return is due to a broken or defective product.
If you receive the incorrect order, a damaged item, or an item that is missing accessories, you
can return it for free.
If the product is damaged during transit.
However, in order to process your claim for a broken or defective product, we require that you
record a clear, uninterrupted video of yourself opening the package.
Customer should keep in mind that the order is only placed after reviewing the product
specifications on the product page. If there is an error in selecting the product, such as colour,
size, and other product specifications listed on the product page, no replacement or refund will
be provided.
