Handworthy Cancellation policy

• Order cancellation (single or multiple) will be accepted only if the product has not been
shipped for delivery.

• If the order is shipped for delivery, the customer is responsible for all applicable charges,
which amount to 5% of the order total.

• To improve the company’s operations, the customer will be asked why the order was
cancelled.
